'Mahboob Manzil' house of Mahboob Begum Sahiba wife of Late
Nawab Tipu Khan Bahadur Sahab & this palatial house is part of the famous
'Devdi Tipu Khan' at Rickabgunj, occupied by AP Housing Board.
THF has initiated steps and approached AP Housing Board to
vacate the premises illegally taken by it in the name of extension and
expansion of roads around it giving meagre compensation to its orginal owners,
which was not done till date. It is now on lease to Gujrati Pragati Samaj given
by the APHB. There is a danger to the structure for it will be dismantled to
construct a complex in its place.
